Privacy

When you order, we collect your name, email, phone number and shipping address so we can send your order and contact you about it. We don't sell or share this with anyone except the services that make the shop work:

• Stripe processes payments. Your card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Cloudflare hosts this website.
• Couriers receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your order.

If you ask to be told when a coming-soon product arrives, we keep your email for that one message and nothing else.

Your bag is saved in your own browser so it's still there when you come back.

We count visits anonymously to see how the shop is doing: the pages viewed, the site that sent you, your approximate city (worked out by our host, Cloudflare; we don't store your IP address) and what's in your bag. This is linked to a random ID saved in your browser, never to your name or email unless you place an order. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email hello@darcyco.com.au.
