Returns and refunds

If your candle arrives damaged or faulty, email hello@darcyco.com.au within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Changed your mind? Unused candles in their original box can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll send you the return address. Return postage is paid by you, and we refund the candle price once it arrives. For hygiene reasons we can't take back candles that have been lit.

Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
